MISSION STATEMENT

 

OUR MISSION is a friendly personal committment to our customers to provide the highest quality furniture, reliable service, satisfaction, and product education.  We have a commitment to constantly broaden our buying and marketing horizons to better serve our customers.


Solid Oak Furniture was established in 1981 in the relaxed atmosphere of rural Wayne County's Amish Country.  Our furniture and accessory showroom is located at the site of the original Post Script Motel along the historic Lincoln Highway. 

 

INTRODUCING

 

PEGGY HIGGINS

 

Peggy is married and has two grown sons and is the proud grandparent of six grandsons.  She enjoys collecting antiques, flea marketing, spending free days with the grandchildren swimming and fishing, and is actively involved in church activities.

 

She has thirteen plus years of experience in retail furniture sales.  Peggy also brings ten plus years of experience with Hallmark in card, gift, and retail sales.  She has specialized training in product display and product presentation, interior design and color graphics, and WCCC courses in floral design.
