TERMS OF SALE AGREEMENT

(A COPY OF THIS TERMS OF SALE MUST ACCOMPANY ALL INTERNET ORDERS  SHOWING AGREEMENT AND AWARENESS TO THE TERMS LISTED BELOW.)

  1. Orders will be scheduled with our craftsmen when we have received a 50% deposit.
  2. Orders cancelled within 3 calendar days after the date written on the order will receive a full deposit refund.
  3. Changes to an order (wood preference, stain, coption, number of items, fabric, etc.) must be made within 12 calendar days after order has been placed.
  4. Please check and confirm any dimensions.  The dimensions provided may vary.  The measurements are either case width or outer most end of the pieces.  If there is any question on sizes, please request clarification and exact dimensions from us prior to finalizing your order.  We will accept no liability for pieces that do not fit in the desired space, as it  is the customer's responsibility to check the dimensions prior to placing the order.
  5. We accept no responsibility or liability for any customer dissatisfaction with his/her choice of stain, style, size, options, hardware, fabric, or number of items on the furniture ordered.  These are your decisions, so please choose your items carefully!
  6. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to have the area cleared for the new furniture, and to hook up any electronic/computer components.  It is also the customer's responsibility to make sure that any furniture item ordered will fit in the customer's destination area.  This includes being able to fit through doors, hallways, and up or downstairs.
  7. We will not release furniture for shipment or delivery untill final payment has been made.  Our delivery personnel are able to accept final payment at your home at the time of delivery.  (Check, case, Visa/Mastercard, Discover, American Express).  Please notify us prior to delivery of your method of payment.
  8. All delivery times are approximate estimated times and may vary due to builder schedules.  We try to come as close as possible to these times, but cannot guarantee an exact completion date.
  9. Once an order has been completed and the customer has been notified of it's availability, delivery or pick up of furniture must be within 14 days.  Please notify us at the time of your order if you might possibly need an extended delivery date.
  10. You must be able to receive your delivery within the scheduled delivery time or a re-delivery charge of $60.00 minimum will be assessed.
  11. All "sale" or "as is" items are final sales!  No returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits will be issued for these items.  It is your responsibility to closely check these items before finalizing your purchase.
  12. Please be aware that the appearance of the wood used to build your furniture will vary from piece to piece.  This is due to natural characteristics of wood and the handcrafted quality used to create your individual piece.  Hardwoods may contain mineral deposits, pits, gum streaks, small pin holes, knots, color differences, unusual grain patterns, darker heart wood, lighter sap wood, et.  It is these characteristics that make each piece ofhardwood furniture unique.  No two pieces are ever exactly duplicated.  If you have any questions concerning these characteristics, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
  13. All checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $30.00 service charge.
